-I did not wreck my car OR get my phone stolen during OU/TX weekend.
-I got my car back!!
-Getting a new car battery fo' freee!!!
-Seeing the Thunder play in Tulsa, OK. (one of the last James Harden games too, but this is the awesome section, not the sad section.)
-Oktoberfest, Oktoberfest, Oktoberfest.
-Getting to take shuttles to Oktoberfest.
-Being BFFLs with the Oktoberfest Chicken.
-Seeing weenie dog races for the first time.
-Going to the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert and getting to take my brother, roommate, and some work friends!
-Getting to go to the OU/Notre Dame game (despite the loss, it was one of the best game day experiences ever).
-Getting involved in advocacy for certain ballot propositions via Twitter. The best way I can describe my actions is with the word "firecracker."
-My brother has been contacted now by two people who think I am awesome for my Twitter-firecracker-ness.
-I am starting to learn to cook!!! In addition to me already excellent breakfast making skills, of course.
-Today is my Friday. Whatup.
Awkward:
-Getting tackled by a very large patio chair on a Dallas rooftop as the winds tried to throw me off the roof. However, it did not succeed! #silverlining
-#hashtagging on Blogger.
-Car not starting when I went to turn it on for the first time... hence the new, free battery.
-Arriving to the Thunder game 1/4 late because me and roommate were having a grand ol' time at Oktoberfest.
-I went to run/hug someone from high school and it turned into a tackle. I didn't realize I was such a natural linebacker.
-The opener for RHCP concert, Thundercat.
-Being made fun of by students for continuing to cheer during the 4th quarter of the OU/Notre Dame game. For real-- never seen the student section so lame/quiet/pathetic/disrespectful.
-Trying to watch the new How I Met Your Mother, like the t.v. said. However, it was a re-run. :(
-Getting followed by random people after my political twitter-ing, including 3 different Oklahoma Tea Party groups. I don't want to be too political on here, but I will say that I am not the biggest fan of the Tea Party.
-Playing Pac Man with such intensity that 2 days later my hand is very sore and keeps cramping up.
-Being the only person who showed up to our daily group lunchtime. The apps on my phone became my best friend.
